David Trick
Rugby International, Entertaining After Dinner Speaker and Awards Host
David represented England Rugby at every level from U16 through to full International. He is a busy and popular after dinner speaker taking a light hearted look at the world of sport and its many characters.
Played for Bath from 1979 1991 (winger) with 247 games in total, scoring 171 tries. Played in the first four of Bath's National Knockout Cup victories at Twickenham and was a member of the England Squad form 1980 1986. Toured Argentina in 1981 and South Africa in 1984 playing 12 games, and scoring 11 tries. Gained two caps against Ireland & South Africa.
Tricky still has nightmares about how Ollie Campbell tormented him at Lansdowne Road on his debut in 1983. Tricky was a National Junior 100 metres Champion 10.4 seconds Trick decided to concentrate on rugby when he realised that he preferred late nights and drinking to training and orange squash.
David is a very popular at Rugby Clubs, Golf Clubs, and Corporate functions as an after dinner speaker.
