Dermot Gallagher was one of our country's most high profile and respected officials. He officiated in the Football League since 1985, and was amongst the first band of Referees on the commencement of the FA Premier League in 1992. Dermot retired from the Premier League at the end of the 2006/2007 season. During this time he was also a FIFA referee for over 9 years, officiating in 139 matches abroad.

Highlights of Dermot Gallagher's career include all the major finals in England, FA Cup 1996, Charity Shield 1995, FA Trophy 1995 and Vase 1984. Further a field the U20 World Cup Final in 1995 Argentina v Brazil, The South African Cup Final 1995, Brazilian Cup Final 1996, FIFA Military Games Final 2001 and numerous Champions League, European Internationals and World Cup matches.

Since retiring Dermot has been involved in a number of TV and Radio shows and can be regulary heard and seen on Sky Sports and Talk Sport.

Dermot also enjoys playing Golf and with this, he is available to participate in Corporate Golf days and makes the perfect MC and / or Speaker to keep guests entertained at events such as dinners and presentations.
