Iwan is without doubt one of the finest 400m runners that Britain has ever seen. A former European Champion, Commonwealth Champion, World Cup winner and current British Record Holder.
A late starter to the world of Athletics, preferring to concentrate on BMX bike riding (ranked fourth in Europe) than to run one lap of the track!
Since finishing athletics Iwan has become a prominent figure in the media and is also expected that Iwan will be in high demand from the media in the lead up to the London 2012 Olympics.
Recently, Iwan has presented; Channel 4 Destination 2012, Mccain Track and Field Show and The World Indoor Athletics Trials.
In 2009 Iwan was runner up on Celebrity Masterchef.
