Luke Staton showed early promise as a footballer and went on to represent England as a youth international winning 18 caps.
At 17 he was signed by Kenny Dalglish to play for Blackburn Rovers (Premier league Champions 1994/5) before moving on to Bolton Wanderers for a further 2 years.
He was fortunate enough to learn from some of the great motivational managers including Sam Allardyce & Roy Hodgson. Today he uses these experiences to inspire audiences at both public and private speaking engagements.
Unfortunately his football career came to an early end forcing him to reinvent himself and find a new dream to follow In 2004 he decided to develop a series of Motivational and Inspirational training services for individuals and small groups.
Luke researches his audience to understand the key objectives of the event and subtly weaves these elements into his presentation.
Sessions begin with dynamic, spontaneous participation and movement aimed at awakening the mind and body of everyone in the room.
Not only do these actions serve as a fun and innovative ice breaker, they also play a key role in Luke's approach to teamwork, togetherness and group problem solving.
Luke likes to build relationships with the organisations he works with to the extent that he is viewed as an invaluable addition to the team.
